Thank you for shopping with One South. Here's what to expect once you place your order.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment partner and usually arrive within 8–12 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier, customs or holiday delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to update after dispatch.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within South Africa.

Ordering for a special date?

For gifts, please allow up to 15 days from order to delivery. For Christmas delivery, order by 9 December.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can't change an order once it has been dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 days of dispatch, or tracking hasn't updated for a while, email us at hello@onesouth.store and we'll follow up with the courier for you.
